This notice describes the current ShaheenX website experience and its consultation-request workflow.
1. Information you choose to provide
The consultation form sends the details you enter to ShaheenX over an encrypted connection, where they are recorded and delivered to our inbox. Your consent is required before anything is sent. Do not include credentials, malware samples, personal data, or sensitive digital evidence.
2. Purpose
Information you send is used to understand your request, select the appropriate service, contact you, and maintain necessary business and security records.
3. Local preferences and measurement
The website stores your language preference and your measurement-consent choice in your browser. Google Analytics loads only if you accept measurement: no Google script, request or cookie is created before that, and none is created if you decline. No advertising trackers are used. Clearing this site’s stored data in your browser resets the choice and the notice is shown again.
4. Technical and security data
The hosting and security services supporting the website may process standard request information such as IP address, device or browser metadata, timestamps, and requested paths to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service. The consultation endpoint records the originating IP address with each request, to enforce rate limiting and to evidence the consent you gave.
5. Retention and sharing
Consultation requests, the resulting emails and related records are retained only as needed for the request, legitimate business purposes, security, and applicable legal obligations. Information is not sold. It may be shared with authorized service providers or authorities only where necessary and permitted.
6. Transfer outside the Kingdom
The website is delivered through a global content-delivery and security network, email reaches ShaheenX through hosted email services, and Google Analytics is operated by Google. Technical request data, correspondence and, where you have accepted measurement, usage data are therefore processed on infrastructure located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ShaheenX relies on those providers’ contractual data-protection commitments and applies the transfer conditions set out in the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.
7. Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent, subject to applicable legal and security requirements. You may also withdraw your measurement consent by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser, which stops measurement and restores the consent prompt.
